Selling online got complicated.
Somewhere along the way, opening a store turned into subscribing to a dozen apps and hoping they agreed with each other. Brandwik is the attempt to put it back in one place.
What we hold to
Four positions that decide most of the arguments internally.
The price should be on the page
You should be able to work out what a store costs you without booking a call. Our plans are published, and switching between them is your decision to make.
The basics are not add-ons
Cart recovery, email, analytics — a store needs all of it on day one. Charging separately for each is a business model, not a product decision.
Say what is not built yet
A roadmap presented as a feature list wastes everyone’s time. Where something is in progress we would rather write that down than imply otherwise.
A person answers
Support is the product working on its worst day. You get a human, and they can actually change something.
