Terms of service.
The rules that apply to using Brandwik, in as few words as we can manage.
1.Who these terms are between
These terms apply between Brandwik and you, the person or company using the service. Using the service means agreeing to them; if you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to.
2.Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials private and making sure the details you give us are accurate. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
3.What you may and may not do
You keep ownership of the content you put on your store. You may not use the service to break the law, to send content you have no right to distribute, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell the service as your own without a written agreement.
4.Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you choose. Trials run for the stated period and convert to the plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can change or cancel a plan from your account; cancelling stops future charges and does not, by itself, refund the period already paid for.
5.Your content and your data
You own your store content and your customer data. We store and process it in order to run the service for you. How that works in detail is described in the privacy policy.
6.Availability
We work to keep the service running and to give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any specific uptime commitment would be set out in a separate written agreement.
7.Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or that puts other customers or the platform at risk, and we will tell you why where we are able to.
8.Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the claim.
9.Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will let you know before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means the updated terms apply.
